Final Sales
Except where required by law or where Ascendant CPR cancels the scheduled class, course registrations are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Requests
Contact Ascendant CPR at least 48 hours before the class start time to request a one-time reschedule to a future available date, subject to class capacity.
Requests Within 48 Hours
Requests made within 48 hours of the class start time are treated as no-shows and cannot be rescheduled.
Provider Cancellations
If Ascendant CPR cancels or reschedules a class because of weather, instructor illness, facility emergency, or low enrollment, you will be offered a full refund or a complimentary transfer.
